Hey ya'll i know i haven't written in like a month it's been really busy! Have had car troubles, started dating a wonderful girl, had a scare with my Dad having to go into the hospital for heart problems, went to Augusta, Ga in the car that was having troubles, but now is fixed, to see said wonderful girl, and tried to get motivated to do well in all of my classes. it's been a busy month!
everything is running smoother now but the first few weeks of class have been kinda crazy, and i'm really just trying to get through with school. I just want to be done with this part of my life so i can move on to the next, i feel as if i'm in limbo just hanging in mid air waiting for something to happen! i hate waiting, but i guess that's why i am, God doesn't give us things when we want them, but he does give them to us exactly when we need them. That certainly is encouraging. it reminds me of what God said to Joshua after he and the rest of God's people had been waiting to go in to the promised land for 40yrs:
Joshua 1
1 After the death of Moses the servant of the LORD , the LORD said to Joshua son of Nun, Moses' aide: 2 "Moses my servant is dead. Now then, you and all these people, get ready to cross the Jordan River into the land I am about to give to them-to the Israelites. 3 I will give you every place where you set your foot, as I promised Moses. 4 Your territory will extend from the desert to Lebanon, and from the great river, the Euphrates-all the Hittite country-to the Great Sea [a] on the west. 5 No one will be able to stand up against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you.
6 "Be strong and courageous, because you will lead these people to inherit the land I swore to their forefathers to give them. 7 Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go. 8 Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. 9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."
God had promised this land to his people while they were in captivity they didn't see it come to pass for more that 40 yrs, because they had stoped believing in the promise God had give them
it says in Proverbs 29:18 (King James Version) :
18Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.
the people had lost that vision that God had given them and they missed out on what God planned for them, I just want to challenge you as well as myself to not loose God's vision for your life and if you don't have one ask God for one! he says in proverbs 3:5: NKJV
5Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding
6In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.
He has a plan for you and he'll give it to you just trust him and let him lead you! well that's all for tonight just wanted to share...i never have a clue what i'm about to write when i write but here it is hope it's helpful to someone.
